Executive, management and career coaching

I’m a Professional Certified Coach and a qualified Coach Supervisor with a corporate business background.

I work one to one with executives, leaders, professionals, coaches – all who want to develop or progress in their careers or working lives. Examples of the work we do together are honing leadership skills, making successful transitions to new roles, developing as a coach, discovering the ideal role or career, developing in your current role.

My approach is flexible, I treat each person individually, gathering information and listening. We then agree how we work together and your objectives. If you’re looking for someone who just tells you what to do then I’m probably not the right coach for you.  Between us we find the answers.

I work face-to-face, and over the phone, with clients from a variety of differing industries. Time differences are not a problem. I take an holistic approach to coaching and supervision focusing on all aspects of leadership skills – particularly communication and influencing skills, personal development and career development.
