“The ultimate leader is one who is willing to develop people to the point that they surpass him or her in knowledge and ability.” Fred A Manske
The coach supervisor

I’m a Professional Certified Coach (with the International Coach Federation ) and a qualified Coach Supervisor (Centre for Supervision Training) with a corporate business background.
I supervise professional coaches from a variety of differing backgrounds and coach training schools. Since 2004 I’ve worked with Lore International Institute as a Coach Supervisor; one-to-one supervision of coaches on coaching engagements, reviewing the coaching process and providing the opportunity to reflect on the coaching progress and partnership.
I’m passionate about standards and ethics and have taken on various roles for the International Coach Federation both nationally and globally and worked with the other UK professional coaching bodies EMCC, AC and APECS to further the profession.
I was part of the steering group for the recent joint collaborative ‘coaching and mentoring supervision’ project between the UK professional coaching bodies. The aim was to enable discussion to take place on the activity of ‘supervision’ and what this practice is in relation to coaching and mentoring. Then to make recommendations which support standards and ethics in coaching and mentoring supervision. Please contact me if you’re interested in the final report.
For my clients
My vision is to ‘Deepen Awareness, Expand potential, Achieve Results’.
My style
My clients tell me I’m professional and results-orientated, maintaining high integrity; pragmatic, supportive, intuitive and positive with a special blend of ‘lightness and focus‘. I take an holistic and flexible approach.
On a personal note
I’m based in West Sussex, UK with my family – Graham and our three children and a dog and cat. I enjoy being outdoors and exercise; walking, yoga, tennis, skiing plus friends, good food and wine. A holiday combining some of these is my ideal with skiing being favourite!
