Transition coaching

There are many different types of transitions; here are examples of the type of transition coaching I offer.

First 90 days’ coaching

The first 90 days in a leadership role are critical. Utilising transition management tools combined with coaching, I work with newly placed or promoted leaders to dramatically increase their success rate.

Together we review the work environment and culture, assess the situation looking at your key stakeholders, objectives, communication plan and much more. We then define your action plan so you are successful in your new role; we have regular coaching sessions to review progress which in turn enables you to focus on the longer term objectives as well as the initial complexities of the new role.

Maternity coaching

Organisations are losing out as women opt to leave their jobs, sometimes whilst on Maternity leave and more often later on when they’ve returned from Maternity leave.

Together we take a look at:

  • Leaving for maternity leave – how your work will be assigned, who’s covering for you, the relationship with your manager and more
  • Returning to work – planning your return, the organisation, the team, the childcare, home life and other areas
  • Settling in – review of the situation, your role and forward planning
