I hold an MCC credential with the ICF and in the last 25 years, I have worked with 100s of leaders across the UK and internationally. Prior to coaching I had a successful career spanning many roles, culminating in being Vice President IT for the Middle East and Africa region for American Express Card Services. I’ve also held senior roles within the ICF, including UK Chapter Chair and board positions, and contributed to shaping coaching supervision standards across the profession.
