Around delegation & enabling others to succeed I’ve changed the way I think towards trusting people, fully delegating the task. I am clearer, more factual & shorter now in my delivery. Now it’s more natural. I liked that that you enabled me to ‘get’ the problem, then explore the ‘how’ & the ‘why’. I was able to listen to myself more & make the learnings more meaningful.
